The journey from woman to mother is often profound and wonderful at the same time, but it can also be marred by unexpected challenges or traumatic experiences.
The stressful birth experience can affect the bond with the child or influence the relationship.
If the conscious processing of birth can dissolve grief, fears and anger, there is room for lightness and strength again.
Birth follow-up discussion
It is advisable to have a postnatal consultation with the clinic or midwife who looked after you during the birth. If you don't want this or it's no longer possible, please feel free to contact me. We can have a postnatal consultation at your home or online for around 1.5 hours in which we discuss your birth process together.
Cost: 220.- CHF
Time: approx. 1.5-2 hours
