Unfortunately the obstetrics department at Thusis Hospital will close at the end of August, 2024. For this reason, I am no longer able to attend  births as a private midwife in Thusis from September.

The costs of the birth are covered by your health insurance.
The home birth midwife is on call for the family for about 5 weeks, just like a private midwife in hospital. This service costs CHF 600 and is at the parents' expense.
